Founder and Technology Strategist

Hasnain Walji, Ph.D.

Hasnain Walji is a researcher, educator and writer, with a keen interest in connecting the dots between technology and human behaviour. As a thought leader, he consistently thinks outside the box, helping the businesses and nonprofit organizations he works with stay relevant and progressive as they face new realities and challenges.

As an early adopter of information technology since the early 70s, he has developed a rare insight into its applications in consumer education. His research has focused on integrative health care, behavioral finance, and, of late, on persuasive technology designed to change users' attitudes or behaviors through encouragement and social influence.

For the past three decades, Hasnain has served on several non-profit boards, gaining rare insight into the dynamics and challenges of the non-profit sector. Highly skilled in communications and media usage, Hasnain's work transcends beyond the use of technology to the use of innovative applications in the integrative healthcare, capacity development and financial literacy.

Larry R Taylor, PhD

Marketing Technologist & Media Psychology Strategist

Larry Taylor, Ph.D.

Larry has 30 years of experience across software engineering, digital marketing, and research in online behavior. He works as a marketing technologist and media psychologist, applying behavioral science to real-world marketing systems.

His work focuses on building SaaS-driven marketing infrastructure grounded in how people evaluate, trust, and choose businesses. He holds a Master’s and a PhD in Psychology, with research focused on how consumers progress through stages of trust in decision-making.

His doctoral research examined trust in digital environments, including social platforms, email, and web interactions. He developed a digital trust model, initially applied in healthcare, to help organizations identify how trust forms, breaks, and strengthens across the customer journey. Organizations use this model to improve engagement, retention, and conversion by aligning messaging, systems, and touchpoints with trust-building principles.

He has consulted for both enterprise and small business clients across healthcare, financial services, and education. His early career included software development and technical project management, which informs his approach to building practical, scalable marketing systems grounded in behavioral insight.
